2,1 Liter Stilles Wasser, 1,5 Liter Bier, 500g weißer Joghurt, 1200g Pazifisches Polardorsch Filet (je 100g a’ 74 kcal)</p>
<p>Mit dem Pazifischen Polardorsch habe ich mein perfektes Eiweiss-Produkt für die nächsten Tage gefunden. Bei lediglich 74kcal je 100g Stück ein wahres Pfundstück für Kalorienzähler. Dazu hat er 16,7g Eiweiß sowie 0,00g Kohlenhydrate und 0,8g Fett. Bei der heutigen Nahrungsaufnahme mit 1200g Polardorsch kamen nur 888 kcal zusammen und stolze 200,4g Eiweiss bei nur 9,6g Fett.</p>

<p>Nach dem Muskelaufbau der letzten 6 Wochen in der ich gut 6 Kg Muskelmasse aufbauen konnte, wird nun wieder primär auf Gewichtsreduktion Wert gelegt. Dazu kommt auch die erneute Nahrungsumstellung auf massive Eiweiss-Zufuhr und Fett- und Kohlenhydrate-Reduziertes Essen. Als Getränkezufuhr ist nur Stilles Wasser und zuckerfreie Teesorten mit geringen kcal-Wert je 250ml (max. 1-4 kcal je 100ml).</p>
<p>Die Essgewohnheiten wurden auch dem neuen Essplan angepasst. Zwischen 08-18.30h ist die Nahrungsaufnahme gestattet ab 19h ist jegliche Nahrungszufuhr tabu. Drei Mahlzeiten die sättigen statt 5-6 kleine Portionen über den ganzen Tag verteilt.</p>
<p>Das Erste Ziel ist, durch die hohe Eiweisszufuhr das überschüssige Fettdepot zu reduzieren, dass sich durch die Faschingszeit und des umgestellten Trainings- und Essprogramm (zugeschnitten auf Masse und Muskelaufbau) angesammelt hatte.</p>
<p>Masstab hierfür waren stets die Messeinheiten beim WIegen vor dem ersten Saunagang. Der höchste Wert der dabei erzielt wurde, waren 88 kg am 11th March 2011. 5 cm Bizepsumfang (37 cm kalt) konnten antrainiert werden, der Bauchumfang wurde um 12 cm reduziert seit der letzten Messung auf nunmehr 100cm und die Beinmuskulatur hat +7,5cm Oberschenkel und 4cm Waden.</p>
<p>Jetzt ist Zielvorgabe, 3-5 Kg Fett nochmals abzubauen und 1-2 kg Muskelmasse aufzubauen, so dass das Gewicht zwischen 82,5 &#8211; 84kg pendelt zum Monatsende.</p>
